- Music Hall
APR was retained to provide cost estimating services beginning with the existing Facilities Condition Assessments and continuing through the progressive design phases for each edifice. The revitalized destination will boast attractive and diverse facilities including office and mixed use functional spaces, retail, parking garages, outdoor garden and terrace areas, auditoriums, an integrated commercial mall, and landscaped outdoor scenic parks. This substantial program features nearly $1B worth of developments and over 800,000 square feet of planned interior spaces. APR’s estimating and budget advisement is helping the planners and Landmark Commission to prioritize interventions for the various venues to attract FIFA World Cup relative to funding from Texas Brimer Bill.
We are so proud to play a role in shaping this upcoming world class community development.
