Planning Approach
Aguirre Project Resources scheduling staff have the interpersonal and technical skills necessary to develop effective logic-driven, time-phased CPM schedules in Primavera Project Planner scheduling software. A project schedule, including milestone submittals, review periods, and additional requirements will be developed consistent with client’s preferred policies and procedures. Each schedule is carefully prepared for a specific project and displays the relationships between highly diverse activities in a useable presentation for control of your project.
Scheduling Approach
For Conceptual level schedules of each alternative under consideration in Stage 1, we will estimate logic and duration to a Level II. For Detailed level schedules in Stage 2, a Level III or IV schedule will be prepared. The baseline schedule will be validated and adjusted in terms of the project’s work breakdown structure and broken down into sufficient detail to reflect the components of deliverables and work packages as project definition is obtained over the course of Stage 1 and Stage 2.
